My journey with yoga began over a decade ago when I discovered the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a calling — to help others find the same transformation I experienced.

With certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, along with specialised training in meditation and mindfulness practices, I've dedicated my life to helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. My teaching style is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each individual's unique path.
