Hello, I'm Manica Verma, a certified yoga instructor and holistic wellness coach based in Copenhagen. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago when I discovered the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit.
With certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, along with specialized training in meditation and mindfulness practices, I've dedicated my life to helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. My teaching style is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each individual's unique path.
